Sign-in

• Point your browser to the MSDN Subscriptions page.
• If you are not yet signed-in, click on the Sign-in link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
• The MSDN sign-in information is contained in private ticket #721 .

Downloads

• See Sign-in instructions first.
• Click on the Subscriber Downloads tab, located at the top of the page, just off center to the right.
• The list of all MSDN downloads should be visible along the left hand side of the page, just click on a section to expand it.

Getting Help or Support

• See Sign-in instructions first.
• Click on the Get Help and Support tab, located to the left of the Subscriber Downloads tab.
• There are two ways of receiving help with our MSDN membership: either via direct email, or via indirect posting to a set managed newsgroups.
  • For direct help, Click on Contact Microsoft Technical Support ; otherwise,
  • For newsgroup help, Click on Access MSDN Managed Newsgroups . (If you have never used these newsgroups, then you will need to configure your news reader appropriately: Configure MSDN Managed Newsgroups . You will only need to do this once.)

If after reading this you still can't find what you are looking for, then Google.com et al. may be your only recourse. You might also try asking other team members, like Ben (if he is still around), if they have any experience or insight into your problem, or you could even try using one of the many public newsgroups. If those are of no use, then maybe visiting some web-sites like CodeProject.com or CodeGuru.com may help.
