Text-to-Picture User Study Instructions (Please read carefully before beginning)
- Download a local copy of this response file and open in a simple text editor (emacs, Notepad, TextEdit).
- Follow the links in order. Each link will take you to a page with one or more images.
- For each set of images, think of a short (1-3 sentence) text description of the scene, event, or story that the current images depict.
- Type your description on the corresponding line of the response file.
- Do not remove the line number, period, and space at the beginning of each line.
- Be sure to keep all the text for each image on the same line of the file.
- It is okay for the text to wrap for display purposes, but there should still be only 40 lines in the final file.
- After describing the current image, click the "Go back" link at the top of the page to return to this index page.
- Important: Some images may be based on the same or similar stories. Do not edit previously written descriptions in response to later images.
- When you have described all the images, save the response file and e-mail it to goldberg@cs.wisc.edu.
Thank you! We appreciate your fast response!
