Example Set of Images and Response
If this were Image 1, you would modify the response file with something like:

1. A coyote and a sheep were swimming in a lake under a blue sky. They saw a cheese pie in the water.

Note that the description does not need to mention every image, especially if you cannot figure out what an image is, or how it could possibly relate to the story.
