The cat set off to see the kitten.  But the cat slipped on a tile on the roof and almost fell.  On the second roof the cat was nearly fried by electric power wires.  On the third roof a falling brick missed the cat by an inch.  On the fourth roof the cat almost landed on a bed of sharp shingle nails.
