It depicts a ping pong game.  And the ball is been hit back and forth few times, and the ball knocks the net over.  Then my (first person) walks over and straightens the net.

There are 5 lights on the ceiling: a central one right above the center of the table, two at each end of the table (one straight down, and one over at the side and point towards the paddles).

The moving objects are the 2 paddles, the ball, and the net.  There are some rotation and translation of the paddle and the ball involved in the animation.

The camera is the eye is the third person who is watching the game from a distance, and the view moved when the observer walks to straighten the net.
