1. From the beginning the music set the sad emotional tone
2. When the woman starts taking the lamp out, it shows the lap
   in the middle of the screen putting some emphasis on it,
   making it the main subject of the clip.
3. When the woman was taking the lamp out, there was also a
   shot shown from the lamp's point of view getting carried out.
   The shaking of the camera gives a feel that you are the
   lamp and thus the woman is carrying you out. This leads
   to a feeling that the woman is abandoning you.
4. Soon after the woman leaves the lamp outside and starts walking
   back in, it exaggerates how much the lamp shakes in the wind
   to give a feel that the lamp is shivering.
   Again making the audience feel sorry.
   The lense focus is on the lamp and the backgroud is blury
   also giving a sense that the lamp is the main subject of the clip.
5. Showing the lamp in the rain with its face down, dark blue gloomy
   lighting, and nothing to cover it from rain
   also tries to amplify the feelings of saddness.
6. Showing the woman with her new lamp from a low angle view also
   gives you a feel that you are the abandoned lamp on the street
   looking through the window, again making you feel abandoned.
7. The old lamp does get more light while the new lamp is turned on.
   However, this doesn't seem to have much direct connection to
   driving some emotional response.
8. Showing the woman briefly touch the new lamp in a loving way in
   the dark also gives a sense that the old lamp was used to be
   treated that way but now is rejected.
