CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR HOSTING ECML PKDD 2023

The purpose of this call is to invite groups interested in hosting ECML PKDD 2023.
ECML/PKDD 2021 (https://2021.ecmlpkdd.org/ is taking place in Bilbao, Spain.
(sept. 13-17) and ECML PKDD 2022 will take place in Grenoble, France.

1. Please send your proposal to the Proposal Chairs, Francesco Bonchi and Albert Bifet, for early informal feedback
    (guidelines: http://www.ecmlpkdd.org/Main/Guidelines) before June 15th.
2. Final proposals will be sent to the Steering Committee before July 15th.


FORMAT OF PROPOSALS

Expressions of interest are informal, addressing the following issues:

1. WHEN during fall 2023.

2. WHAT:

 - Accessibility.  (ground and air transportation, fees, travel duration);
 - Meeting Rooms, AV Equipment, Demo facilities, etc.  (capacities, fees);
 - Meals and Lodging.  (cost, distance to the conference place);
 - Organizational and institutional support;
 - AOB

3. WHO: local organizers, communities possibly involved in organization and funding ?

4. Opportunities to co-locate with other conferences.

Proposals should be addressed to the Steering Committee.
