Description: The Multi-Data lab in the Information Systems Department at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County is seeking a two year full-time post-doctoral researcher. Candidate will work with Dr. Vandana Janeja in the area of multi-domain data analytics. This will involve addressing heterogeneity modeling, working with complex and massive datasets.

Start date : Beginning  April 2021
Review of applications will begin February 20, 2020, and continue until the position is filled.

Funding source: UMBC, NSF

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in fields including Information systems, Computer science or other related fields.

Required skills:
Strong communication, writing skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment;
Experience in working with large-scale data;
Participation and activity in the scientific community;
Priorities will be given to those who have a strong publication track record in the data science/ AI areas.
