Due to the current situation with COVID-19 and ICSOC 2020 going virtual, 
we open up the second round of paper submission with the deadlines as below:

Submission deadline:  November 17, 2020
Authors Notification:  November 24, 2020 
Registration: November 30, 2020

Publication: Post-workshop proceedings in Springer's LNCS series.

Authors are invited to submit full papers (with a maximum length of 15 pages, 
including references and appendices.) using (Springer LNCS format).

Papers must be written in English and are to be submitted in PDF format online
