IEEE CloudNet 2018

October 22-24, 2018 in Tokyo, Japan

http://cloudnet2018.ieee-cloudnet.org/

Cloud Networking has emerged as a promising direction for
cost?efficient and reliable service delivery across data
communication networks. The dynamic location of service
facilities and the virtualization of hardware and software
elements are stressing the communication network and protocols,
especially when datacenters are interconnected through the Internet.
Emerging Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and Software Defined
Network (SDN) can play significant roles by improving the
dynamicity and programmability of cloud networks. Middlebox has
been significantly improved the agility of cloud network deployment
and management. The 7th IEEE International Conference on Cloud
Networking (IEEE CloudNet 2018), part of the IEEE Cloud Computing
Initiative, can greatly promote researches in cloud network and
emerging research areas.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers
using the EDAS. Submissions must be in IEEE single-spaced double-column
style with a length limitation of 6 pages (including title, abstract, all
figures, tables, and references. see Paper Submission Guidelines) for
full papers (oral presentation) and 3 pages for short papers (poster
presentation). Maximum one additional page with over length page charge
of 10,000 JPY is allowed. Papers exceeding 7 pages will not be accepted at
EDAS. Accepted papers will be submitted to IEEExplore.
The Best Paper(s) will be recommended to be publish as extended journal
paper(s) in IEICE Transactions on Communications. The Best Student Paper
Award will be granted to outstanding paper(s) authored by a student as the
first author.
