To Do List (in order)

1. Add attribute numbers to dummy catalkog. Also use wherever the name is used. Also include #.
2. Try test queries raghu sent. They're in ~michaell/minibase.opt/tq2.
3. Evaluate -- are the plans enumerated reasonable?
4. Change selection representation to CNF.
