Computer Science Network Resources
The CSL maintains the department network which is used by all Instructional, Reserach, and Computer Science Infrastructure hosts.
The department network architecture is not publically posted. The internal network consists primarily of Cisco switches with Gigabit Ethernet trunks between swtiches. Our external links connect to campus via 10G ethernet. If you have questions about the network architecture related to your research, mail email@example.com

Multicast is enabled on our instructional and office networks. The Computer Science networks run PIM-SM, with a Rendevous point on the DOIT campus network. All questions regarding multicast including requests for dedicated group addresses should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
