    Fine-structure collision strengths for transitions between the ground
    configuration terms of oxygen-like ions have been obtained in a six
    state close-coupling approximation. Effective collision strengths are
    tabulated in the range of 1000-100000K for the following ions: F II,
    Ne III, Na IV, Mg V, Al VI, Si VII, P VIII, S IX, Cl X, Ar XI.</para></abstract>
