					<para>
   UBVRI multi-aperture photometry of 207 bright southern galaxies and of 72
   objects of an additional list is presented. These observations were made
   for obtaining the magnitude scale zero-point as an accurate determination
   of the sky background for a two-dimensional photometry program concerning
   these galaxies. We have also inferred the asymptotic magnitudes, color
   indices and effective apertures of these objects. Our results are in good
   agreement with those of others authors.</para>
