<para>
We give a common version of the two catalogues of Mean Radial
Velocities by Wilson (1953; catalogue <III/21>) and Evans (1978;
catalogue <III/47>) to which we have added the catalogue of
spectroscopic binary systems (Batten et al. 1989; catalogue <V/64>).
For each star, when possible, we give: 1) an acronym to enter SIMBAD
(Set of Identifications Measurements and Bibliography for Astronomical
Data; see <http://cdsweb.u-strasbg.fr/Simbad.html>) of the CDS (Centre
de Donnees Astronomiques de Strasbourg). 2) the number HIC of the
HIPPARCOS catalogue (Turon 1992; catalogue <I/196>). 3) the CCDM
number (Catalogue des Composantes des etoiles Doubles et Multiples) by
Dommanget & Nys (1994; catalogue <I/211>). For the cluster stars, a
precise study has been done, on the identification numbers. Numerous
remarks point out the problems we have had to deal with.</para><para> => In the paper, and in the file "annex2", the equinox of the
coordinates is 1950, whereas 2000 equinox is used for the web catalog;
=> In the paper, read "Wilson (1953)" instead of "Wilson (1963)"</para>
