I earned my B.S. in Computer Science in August of 1998 and an M.S. in Computer Science in May of 1999, both from the University of Wisconsin. My main interests in Computer Science are in Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Motion Planning, Computer Vision, Graphics, and Animation. During the spring semester of 1999, I conducted a Masters Degree project under Professor Vladimir Lumelsky involving two degree of freedom, revolute-revolute arm motion planning based on point automaton motion planning algorithms (ie Bug2, VisBug21, VisBug22, etc). I was also a Teaching Assistant for CS537:Introduction to Operating Systems during the spring semester of 1999.

I am currently attending the medical school at University of Pittsburgh. I am enrolled in the MD/PhD joint degree program and planning on doing my PhD in Biomedical Informatics.

Interests: Biomedical Informatics, Medicine, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Computer Graphics, Computer Vision.

Spring 1999 Courses:

CS 838: Computer Animation homepage Zoo 400: Intro to Computational Neuroscience

CS838 stuph

Homework 1 scene
Homework 2 movie
Homework 3: Motion Capture and interpolation Presentation and Reviews of facial animation
