Instructions for the Special Issue:
Authors are invited to submit original unpublished results,
which are not under review in any other conference or journal,
to the peer review for publication.
Topics are advanced communications and computation,
from technology to advanced applications.
Authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit their bio data
for inclusion in the journal. Authors are also required to sign the
Transfer of Copyright Agreement as stated in TMC Publication Guidelines.
Maximum number of words per article: 5,000.
