Locating Nested Repeats in DNA Sequences
As humans we find it fairly easy to spot complicated patterns, but we find it
much harder to develop algorithms to find these same patterns. In this talk,
I will show some examples of patterns that are easy to detect, and some that
are not so easy. We will talk about algorithmic approaches for the more
complicated examples. [This is joint work with Amy Hauth.]
